Cake in a mug!
This is my new weakness. It take 5 min. to make chocolate cake now!
Spray the inside of a large mug.
Mix all dry ingredients:
4 tablespoons of flour
6 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
(or omit sugar and cocoa powder and replace with 9 T of hot cocoa mix)
Add wet ingredients:
3 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of oil
1 egg
Mix all ingredients well.
Microwave for 3 min.
